About the Designer
I am an obsessive multi-tasker, and quite happy about it! My job hats include wife, mother of 4 great kids (and a couple fur-babies), full-time employee at a software company, jewelry artisan, volunteer, and mediocre housekeeper (something has to give!) I love to cook, read, bead, cross stitch/knit/crochet. I have dabbled with lampwork and would do more if I had the time (hah!). And most importantly I love my family.
About the Jewelry
I believe it is important that art tells a story, evokes an emotion, or connects to a memory. That philosophy carries over into my jewelry designs – each piece has a story to tell. The jewelry can take hundreds or thousands of tiny Japanese seed beads, each stitched individually or in a small groups, frequently with multiple thread passes through each bead. The quality of the beads and the unique nature of components and the finished pieces is very important.
