Bead embroidered Scolecite and spiral rope, with freshwater pearls, glass seed beads, crystals and metal accents.

Scolecite was first reported in 1813 in Germany, and was named for the Greek word meaning “worm” due to its tendency to curl when heated with a blowtorch. It can be found in a variety of colors including white, pink, purple, yellow, and red. While occasionally found in Iceland and very few parts of India, it is mainly found in the USA, Europe, and Africa.

For crystal practioners, Scolecite is the stone of “inner peace”, and will be the perfect remedy for anyone looking to relax, especially after a long day.
